At Blush Jewelry, every piece is carefully selected or handcrafted with love. Because many of our designs are handmade and exclusive, we have the following return policy in place.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Include the original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, lotions, or alterations
Handmade & Exclusive Pieces
Many of our handmade pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited quantities.
Handmade exclusive pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for these items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Handmade exclusive pieces (refunds)
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
